Judy Riffle, Ed.D

CEO/Founder

Dr. Judy Riffle owns Santa Cruz Grants & Consulting, LLC, and has raised over 21 million dollars for various schools, school districts, and nonprofits. Dr. Riffle is a former K-12 teacher, education specialist, new teacher mentor, and administrator with degrees in special education, Deaf education, and educational leadership. She has served on the Grant Professionals Foundation (GPF) Board of Directors, as Chair of the GPF Marketing Committee, as Treasurer for the Grant Professionals Association (GPA) Southern Arizona Chapter, and on the GPA Grant News Publications Subcommittee. She also served as a Board member and Vice-President for the Green Valley Sahuarita Chamber of Commerce Foundation. Dr. Judy Riffle is a Grant Professionals Association Approved Trainer.  She has served on many federal and community grant review panels. Since December 2016, she has written monthly grant related articles for educationgrantshelp.com. She loves traveling, reading, writing, and spending time with her two grandsons.

Kristina Riffle, MS

Junior Associate Grant Consultant
Special Education Advocate

Kristina Riffle is the Founder of Obwaagazi Children’s Foundation, a school for children with disabilities in Jinja, Uganda.

Ms. Riffle is a special education advocate and a junior associate grant consultant with degrees in special education and developmental and cognitive disabilities. She has 13 years experience as a special education teacher across 3 states and 2 countries, and is an expert at navigating the special education process. Kristina also has 6 years of experience as a non-profit director, 6 years fundraising, and 9 years experience as a grant writer. She has helped raise millions of dollars for various school and non profits and has served on many community grant review panels. 

Kristina was the 2017-2018 Northside ISD Pillar of Caring for her work in Uganda.

She is the proud mother of her two sons. Kristina loves to travel, cook, write, and take photos.
